How long do orders take to process?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for all semi-custom orders from time of proof approval to delivery. Note that production will not begin until we have written approval of your proof. If at any point you would like to know the status of your order, please contact hello@leechletterco.com.
Do you accept rush orders?
In most cases we can accommodate a rush order for a small fee. Select the rush option when placing your order and fill the completion date request. Please note that at this time a rush option is not possible on letterpress orders due to the nature of the job. We promise it is worth the wait!
When can I expect my proof?
Please allow 48 hours to receive your proof. All proofs are sent via email.
Do you offer custom orders?

How do I choose my paper and envelopes?
We have selected a range of high quality paper and envelopes that we stock in-house to offer the most affordable pricing possible, while still being able to offer a variety of unique options. Each paper product is based on thickness, colour and texture. You can purchase a sample set online here, or you can visit us in person to view our paper options.
What if I receive my order and there is an error?
Leech Letter Co. does not take responsibility for any spelling or information errors submitted by the client. Please check your proof carefully to ensure all spelling and information is accurate. If you notice a quality related error, please contact hello@leechletterco.com to discuss options.
Can I cancel my order?
All semi-custom orders may be cancelled up until the point of proof approval for a $15.00 return fee. After that point, it will not be possible to cancel your order. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
All pre-printed items may be cancelled and returned within 14 business days of the time of order placement for a full refund to your original form of payment. Note that your refund will not be issued until we have received the returned goods.
