With the purchase of any Leech Letter Co. suite, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
creative
All semi-custom, day of and custom stationery designs are the property of Leech Letter Co.
All proofs must be carefully reviewed for spelling and informational accuracy prior to production. Leech Letter Co. will not provide any amendments once the order has been approved for production. Any and all amendments after the fact are subject to an additional fee.
timelines
Upon approval of your design, standard print production timelines are 3-5 weeks. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks if you have requested additional embellishments.
Please note that design revisions and/or delays in feedback and approval may affect the overall timeline.
screen vs. true colour
While we do our best to display all colours as accurately as possible, please be aware that what you see on a screen may be varied to the true finished product as the colour you see will depend on your monitor display settings
pricing & payments
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping costs. All costs are subject to change without further notice. On the rare occasion that a product is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the order.
At the time of ordering, a 50% deposit must be paid to begin the design process. You will be notified to pay the remaining balance once the order is completed and prior to pick up or shipment of the order.
publication
Should images of work curated by Leech Letter Co. be published in print or online, Leech Letter Co. must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature.
We retain the rights to post your paper goods on our website and social media. However, please advise beforehand if this is an issue and we will gladly accommodate your wishes.
shipping
If your order is to be shipped, you will be contacted with shipping options once production is completed and your order is ready. Once final payment is complete, your order will be shipped via tracked best shipping method unless otherwise requested.
We have no guarantees with shipment timelines beyond the information provided via the tracking number and recommend ordering as early as possible to allow for any potential shipment delays. We are not responsible, nor held liable for any loss, damage or delays due to shipping.
International orders may be liable for taxes or duties upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client.
proofing
Please ensure you carefully check over all proofs thoroughly including content/spelling, layout, card sizes/colour/type, font size and ink colour.
You will receive 1 complimentary proof round for minor revisions to text, layout and one final design proof, to approve revisions (if required) before proceeding to print. Any further proof rounds required will incur an additional fee of $100.00 CDN per revision.
Although we thoroughly check over all wording/design elements, occasionally errors may occur. In this instance, please contact us immediately and we will send a reprint, or refund the amount paid for the incorrectly produced goods if a reprint is not feasible. If the incorrect information was approved by the client, the reprint will incur additional costs at the responsibility of the client.
refunds & cancellation
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds, returns or cancellations.
Should a mistake be made on our part, we will either reprint or provide a credit for the error. If there is an error with the wording/design approved by the client, the additional costs incurred are the responsibility of the client

All designs, images and artwork on this site are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Leech Letter Co. unless otherwise indicated. This includes all designs, images and artworks used during the proofing process. Under no circumstances may this work be used for personal use, nor may it be repurposed or derivative works be made from it.
